摘要:
目的：探讨引导式教育训练运用于长期住院精神分裂症患者对精神病性症状、社会功能和生活质量的影响。方法：将72例患者按入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组，每组36例。对照组采用精神科常规护理干预，观察组采用引导式教育训练护理干预，观察2组护理前后精神病性症状、社会功能和生活质量评分变化。结果：观察组护理后焦虑抑郁、思维障碍、激活性、缺乏活力、敌对猜疑和BPRS总分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组护理后日常生活能力、社会技能、动性和交往评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组护理后躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活和生活质量总分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：引导式教育训练运用于长期住院精神分裂症患者能够减轻精神病性症状，增强社会功能，提高生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the influences of directed training on quality of life, social function and psychotic symptoms of long-stay schizophrenics. Methods: All 72 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the admission order, 36 cases each group. The observation group used routine nursing intervention of psychiatry and the control group nursing intervention of directed training, the changes of quality of life, social function and psychotic symptoms of both groups were observed before and after nursing. Results: The observation group was lower than the control group in total scales of anxiety and depression, thinking disorder, activation, lack of vitality, hostile suspicion and BRPS, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05); the observation group was higher than the control group in the scores of daily living ability, social skills, activation and association after the nursing, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the observation group was higher than the control group in total scales of somatic function, psychological function, social function, material life and quality of life after the nursing, and there was a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Directed training applied to long-stay schizophrenics could relieve psychotic symptoms, enhance social function and improve quality of life.
