摘要:
目的：确定五福饮口服液的提取工艺。方法：通过单因素试验及中心组合设计-效应面法对五福饮口服液的提取工艺进行优化。结果：确定了五福饮口服液提取工艺为浸泡30分钟，提取2次，提取时间为120分钟，料液比为11倍。结论：本研究确定的提取工艺能够应用于五福饮口服液的制备。
Abstract:
Objective: To ensure the extraction technology of WuFuYin oral liquid. Methods: Single factor test and central composite design-response surface method were used to optimize the extraction technology of WuFuYin oral liquid. Results: The established extraction technology of WuFuYin oral liquid was: soaking for 30 minutes, extracting twice, the extraction time was 120 minutes, and solid-liquid ratio was 11 times. Conclusion: The extraction technology ensured in the study could be applied to the preparation of WuFuYin oral liquid.
