目的:探讨以标准化病人为基础的《护理学基础》情境模拟试验教学对学生的影响。方法:将93名某大学2015级护理专业学生随机分为试验组(48人)和对照组(45人),试验组学生实训课采用教师标准化病人下的情境模拟教学模式,对照组采用传统讲授式教学模式,采用迷你临床演练评量表对学生的理论成绩、操作技能、学生感知到的课堂氛围和临床沟通能力以及人文关怀能力进行评价,并比较2组学生成绩。结果:学期结束时,学生的理论成绩、操作能力成绩、沟通能力得分、课堂氛围得分和人文关怀能力得分,试验组学生均高于对照组学生,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于情境模拟试验教学中应用标准化病人能显著提高学生学习成绩及综合能力。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the influence of situational simulation experiment teaching of fundamental nursing based on standardized patients on the students. Methods: All 93 students of grade 2015 majored in nursing from a University were randomly divided into the experiment group(48 students) and the control group (45 students), the experiment group adopted situational simulation experiment teaching based on standardized patients, and the control group traditional teaching mode, theoretical scores, operation skills, classroom atmosphere that the students felt, clinical communication ability and humanistic care ability were evaluated by mini clinical drilling rating scales, the scores of both groups were compared. Results: By the end of the semester, the experiment group was obviously higher than the control group in theoretical scores, operation skills scores, the scores of communication ability, the score of classroom atmosphere and the scores of humanistic care ability, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion: Application of standardized patients to situational simulation experiment teaching could significantly raise the students's scores and comprehensive ability.
