摘要:
目的:观察丹莪妇康煎膏联合双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法：将原发性痛经患者335例随机分为观察组及对照1组、对照2组。观察组112例予丹莪妇康煎膏联合双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗，对照1组110例予丹莪妇康煎膏治疗，对照2组113例予妈富隆治疗。治疗3个月后随访3个月观察患者痛经改善情况。结果：观察组6例未完成规定疗程，其余痊愈45例，显效30例，有效19例，总有效率88.7%（94/106）；对照1组7例未完成规定疗程，其余患者痊愈27例，显效23例，有效34，总有效率81.6%（84/103）；对照2组34例未完成规定疗程，其余痊愈19例，显效20例，有效25例，总有效率81.0%（64/79）。总有效率3组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），观察组治愈率高于对照1、2组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：丹莪妇康煎膏联合双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗原发性痛经痊愈率优于单纯丹莪妇康煎膏或妈富隆治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of DanE FuKang soft extracts and diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules in treating primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: All 335 patients were randomly allocated to the observation group, the control group no.1 and the control group no.2. The observation group(112 cases) were given DanE FuKang soft extracts and diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules, the control group no.1 (110 cases) was treated by DanE FuKang soft extracts and the control group no.2 (113 cases) marvelon. The degrees of dysmenorrhea of the patients were observed in the follow-ups of three months after they were treated for three months. Results: Six cases of the observation group didn't finish the set course, other 45 cases were cured, 30 cases markedly effective and 19 cases effective, total effective rate 88.7% (94/106); seven cases didn't finish the set course in the control group no.1, other 27 patients were cured, 23 cases markedly effective and 34 cases effective, total effective rate 81.6% (84/103); 34 cases of the control group no.2 didn't finish the set course, other 19 cases were cured, 20 cases markedly effective and 25 cases effective, total effective rate 81.0%(64/79); the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of total effective rates among three groups (P＞0.05), the observation group was higher than the control groups no.1 and 2, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: DanE FuKang soft extracts and diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules are superior to only DanE FuKang soft extracts or only diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules in treating primary dysmenorrhea.
