摘要:
目的：观察中药外洗方治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法：将新生儿黄疸患儿80例采用随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组各40例。治疗组采用中药外洗方配合蓝光治疗，对照组采用蓝光治疗；治疗3周后观察2组患儿临床疗效。结果：治疗组患儿血中胆红素较治疗前及治疗后对照组下降明显(P＜0.05)，总有效率为87.5%，高于对照组的65.0%(P＜0.05)。结论：中药外洗方配合蓝光能缓解患儿黄疸症状，临床疗效优于单纯蓝光治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for external wash in treating neonatal jaundice. Methods: Eighty cases of neonatal jaundice were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random mumber table method, 40 cases each group. The treatment group accepted traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for external wash and blue light therapy, the control group blue light therapy; clinical effects of both groups were observed after treating for three weeks. Results: Bilirubinic acid lowered in the treatment group compared with before treating and the control group after treating (P＜0.05), total effective rate was 87.5%, higher than 65.0% of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for external wash and blue light therapy could relieve the symptom of neonatal jaundice, clinical effects are superior to these of the control group.
