摘要:
目的：观察温肾养肝方早期干预便秘对帕金森的疾病修饰作用。方法：将帕金森伴便秘患者62例随机分为治疗组32例，在抗帕金森药物治疗的基础上采用温肾养肝方干预，对照组30例，采用抗帕金森药物治疗。治疗2月后观察2组患者治疗前后帕金森病问卷-39(PDQ-39)积分及非运动症状评分量表(NMSS)、克利夫兰量表(CCS)评分、左旋多巴等效日剂量(LED)、H-Y分期情况。结果：治疗组治疗后患者NMSS、LED、H-Y评分较前下降(P＜0.05)，CCS评分、PDQ-39 评分下降明显(P＜0.01)；PAC-QOL评分中生理、社会心理评分下降(P＜0.05)，满意度、担忧评分下降明显(P＜0.01)；对照组以上指标治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，治疗后2组以上指标比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：温肾养肝方联合抗帕金森药物可改善帕金森症状，延缓疾病进展。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the disease-modifying effects of kidney-warming liver-nourishing prescription in early intervention for constipation on Parkinson's disease. Methods: All 62 patients were randomly divided into 32 cases of the treatment group, who were intervened by kidney-warming liver-nourishing prescription on the foundation of anti-Parkinson's disease medicines, and 30 cases of the contrtol group, who took anti-Parkinson's disease medicines only. H-Y staging conditions, CCS scales, LED, NMSS and PDQ-39 scales of both groups were observed after treating for two months. Results: NMSS, LED and H-Y scores of the patients in the treatment group decreased after treating compared with before treating(P＜0.05), CCS scores and PDQ-39 lowered notably(P＜0.01); physiological score and social psychological scores lowered in PAC-QOL scores (P＜0.05), the scores of satisfaction degree and anxiety decreased notably(P＜0.01), the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of these above indexes in the control group between before and after treating(P＞0.05),the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Kidney-warming liver-nourishing prescription could improve the symptom of Parkinson's disease, and delay the progression of the disease.
