健康成年人幽门螺旋杆菌感染特点分析-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的：了解兰州市健康成年人幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染在性别、年龄中的差异。方法：收集2014年5月5日至2015年7月28日在某医院健康体检中心参加体检的健康成年人3 309例，用13C呼气试验检测Hp感染情况，分析Hp感染在性别、年龄中的差异。结果：在同一年龄组中，男性和女性Hp感染率差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。不同年龄组Hp感染率比较在男性中差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，在女性中差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：兰州市健康成年人Hp感染与性别无相关性；男性Hp感染与年龄无关，女性Hp感染与年龄相关。

Abstract:: Objective: To know the gender and ages differences existed in Hp-infection among healthy adults in Lanzhou city. Methods: All 3 309 healthy adults who participated in healthy examination in healthy examination center of our hospital were collected from May 5 th, 2014 to June 28 th, 2015, the Hp-infection conditions were detected by 13C breath test to analyze Hp-infection differences existed in the gender and ages. Results: In the same age group, the difference of the Hp-infection rate had no statistical meaning between female and male (P＞0.05). When the Hp-infection rates were compared between different age groups, the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons among male(P＞0.05), the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons among the female (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Hp-infection of healthy adults in Lanzhou city is not related to the gender； male Hp-infection is not connected to the age while female Hp-infection is related to the age.
