摘要:: 目的：观察调元散加减治疗心脾两虚型智力低下的临床疗效。方法：将心脾两虚型智力低下患儿66例随机分为治疗组与对照组各33例，对照组予复方吡拉西坦脑蛋白水解物片口服治疗，治疗组予调元散加减治疗；2组同时配合语言认知训练。结果：治疗组总有效率为90.9%，优于对照组的72.7%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：调元散加减治疗心脾两虚型智力低下疗效优于复方吡拉西坦脑蛋白水解物片。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe clinical effects of modified TiaoYuan powder in treating mental retardation of heart-spleen dual deficiency pattern. Methods: Sixty-six children were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, the control group took compound piracetam and cerebroprotein hydrolysate tablets orally. The treatment group were treated by modified TiaoYuan powder. Simultaneously, language cognition training were given to the patients in both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.9%, superior to 72.7% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Modified TiaoYuan powder is superior to compound piracetam and cerebroprotein hydrolysate tablets in treating mental retardation of heart-spleen dual deficiency pattern .
