摘要:
目的：探讨六味地黄汤结合中医情志护理对男性迟发性性腺功能减退症(LOH)的影响。方法：将LOH患者98例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各49例，对照组服用六味地黄汤结合常规护理，观察组服用六味地黄汤结合中医情志护理，疗程均为1个月。比较2组男性老龄化症状量表(AMS)评分、血清总睾酮(TT)、黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)的水平及睾酮分泌指数(TSI)值。结果：治疗后2组患者AMS各项症状评分和总分较治疗前下降，TT水平及TSI值提高，LH、FSH水平下降(P＜0.05)；且AMS各项评分与总分2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，治疗后TT、LH、FSH水平及TSI值2组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：六味地黄汤结合中医情志护理能有效改善LOH患者的临床症状和睾酮分泌水平，效果优于六味地黄汤结合常规护理。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effects of LiuWei DiHuang decoction combined with TCM emotional nursing on male late-onset hypogonadism(LOH). Methods: All 98 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, 49 cases each group, the control group took LiuWei DiHuang decoction and routine care, while the observation group LiuWei DiHuang decoction and TCM emotional nursing, the course was one month. The scale of aging males symptoms scale(AMS), the levels of total testosterone(TT), luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and testosterone secretion index (TSI) of the patients were compared between both groups. Results: Different symptom scores of AMS and total scores of AMS in both groups after treating lowered compared with before treating, the levels of TT and TSI values raised, and the levels of LH and FSH lowered (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of different symptoms scores and total scores of AMS between both groups after treating (P＜0.05), the difference was insignificant in the comparisons of the levels of TT, LH, FSH and TSI values between both groups after treating (P＞0.05). Conclusion: LiuWei DiHuang decoction combined with TCM emotional nursing could effectively improve clinical symptoms of male late-onsethypogonadism and the levels of testosterone secretion, and its effects are superior to these of LiuWei DiHuang decoction combined with conventional care.
