摘要:
目的：通过分析2017年中国中医科学院广安门医院(南区)中成药品种，明确本院中成药品种的分布，促进本院中成药品种优化，促进临床合理用药。方法：对本院2017年中成药处方集药品统计分析。结果：中成药内科用药233种，占总中成药品种数的60%，其次是骨伤科、外科用药，分别占总品种数的7.27%，5.71%。内科品种数分布前3位的是心系病证、气血津液病证用药及肺系病证用药。结论：本院中成药品种的分布与医院常见病种符合，品种分布相对合理。
Abstract:
Objective：To clear the distribution of the categories of Chinese patent drugs in Guang′anmen hospital of China Academy of Chinese medical sciences, promote the varieties optimization of Chinese patent drugs and rational medication in clinic by analyzing the varieties of Chinese patent drug in 2007. Methods: The prescriptions of Guang′anmen hospital of China Academy of Chinese medical sciences in 2007 were statistically analyzed. Results: There were 233 kinds of Chinese patent drugs of internal medicine, which occupied 60% of total varieties of Chinese patent drugs, the next were the drugs of orthopedics and surgical department, respectively holding 7.27% and 5.71% of total varieties numbers. The top three diseases of internal medicine were the ones of the heart, Qi, blood, body fluid and lung. Conclusion: The distribution of the varieties of Chinese patent drugs conform to hospital common diseases, and the varieties distributions are relatively reasonable.
