摘要:
目的：评估温阳和血通痹方治疗淋巴瘤患者因化疗导致的周围神经毒性的临床疗效。方法：将64例淋巴瘤化疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组32例。观察组采用温阳和血通痹方口服及熏蒸外洗；对照组口服甲钴胺片，5 mg/次，3 次/d；2组均治疗28天。观察2组临床疗效、见效周期、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后症状积分的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为87.5%，对照组为62.5%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。见效周期观察组短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。手足麻木、感觉障碍、遇寒加重、肢体功能障碍、口唇麻木、言语不利等症状评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为9.38%，对照组为6.25%，2组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：温阳和血通痹方可有效治疗淋巴瘤化疗患者因化疗导致的周围神经毒性，降低症状评分，见效快，副作用少。
Abstract:
Objective：To evaluate curative effects of WenYang HeXue TongBi prescription in treating chemotherapy-associated peripheral neurotoxicity of the patients with lymphoma. Methods: A total of 64 patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group, 32 cases each group, the observation group received WenYang HeXue TongBi prescription for oral administration, fumigation and external washing, the control group took mecobalamine tablets, 5 mg each time, three times each day; both groups were treated for 28 days. Curative effects, effective cycle, the incidence of adverse reaction and symptom scales of both groups were observed before and after treating. Results: Total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 87.5% and 62.5%, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The observation group was shorter than the control group in effective cycle, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of the scores of the symptoms including hand and foot numbness, sensory disorder, aggravating when exposing to cold, limb functional dysfunction, lip numbness, slurred speech and others within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The incidences of adverse reaction of the observation group and the control groups were 9.38% and 6.25% respectively, and the difference had no statistical meaning(P＞0.05). Conclusion：WenYang HeXue TongBi prescription could effectively treat chemotherapy-associated peripheral neurotoxicity, decrease symptom scales with the instant effects and minor side effects.
