摘要:
目的：观察通心络胶囊联合西药治疗急性脑梗死（ACI）的临床疗效。方法：将79例患者按照就诊的先后顺序随机分为观察组（39例）和对照组（40例），2组均给予西医对症治疗，观察组在此基础上服用通心络胶囊治疗，4粒/次，3次/d，连续服药6周。采用神经功能缺损量表（NIHSS）对2组患者神经功能缺损情况进行评定，使用日常生活活动能力量表（ADL）对患者生活功能进行评定，并且测定2组血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）含量。结果：NIHSS及ADL评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。VEGF、IL-6及TNF-α水平治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：通心络胶囊联合西医疗法治疗ACI疗较显著，能够改善患者临床症状，降低其体内IL-6及TNF-α的水平，提升其血清VEGF水平，对患者预后具有重要意义。
Abstract:
Objective：To observe clinical effects of TongXinLuo capsules and Western medicine therapy in treating acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods: Seventy-nine patients were randomized into the observation group (39 cases) and the control group(40 cases) according to the visiting order, both groups accepted the corresponding treatment of Western medicine, the observation group took TongXinLuo capsules simultaneously, four pills each time, three times each day, for six weeks consecutively. Neurological impairments of the patients in both groups were assessed by NIHSS, living ability of the patients were evaluated by activities of daily living scale (ADL), the contents of TNF-α, IL-6 and VEGF of both groups were detected. Results: The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of NIHSS and ADL scores within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating(P＜0.05). The significant differences existed in the levels of VEGF, IL-6 and TNF-α within two groups before and after treating(P＜0.05); the differences presented in the comparisons between both groups after treating(P＜0.05). Conclusion: TongXinLuo capsules and Western medicine therapy are effective in treating ACI remarkably, they could improve clinical symptoms, decrease the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α, lift the level of VEGF, which are significant to the prognosis of the patients.
