摘要:
目的：探究针灸联合激光治疗改善骨质疏松患者后腰背痛的效果。方法：将59例患者随机分为观察组30例、对照组29例，2组均给予常规治疗，对照组同时给予针灸治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用激光治疗，2组均连续治疗28天。观察2组治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、骨密度及血清基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)和血清I型前胶原氨基端前肽(PINP)水平的变化情况。结果：VAS评分2组均随着治疗时间的增多而降低，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后相同时间点2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。骨密度及血清MMP-2、PINP水平治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：针灸联合激光治疗在改善骨质疏松患者后腰背痛方面具有积极意义。
Abstract:
Objective： To discuss the effects of acupuncture and laser therapy in improving back pain of the patients with osteoporosis. Methods: All 59 patients were randomized into the observation group (30 cases) and the control group (29 cases), both groups accepted routine therapy, the control group were treated by acupuncture, the observation group accepted laser on the foundation of acupuncture, both groups were treated for 28 days consecutively. The changes of VAS, bone density, MMP-2 and PINP of both groups were observed before and after treating. Results: VAS of both groups decreased as therapeutic time increased, and the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the same time after treating between both groups(P＜0.05). The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of bone density, the levels of MMP-2 and PINP within two groups before and after treating(P＜0.05); the difference was statistically significant in the comparison between both groups after treating(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture and laser therapy are meaningful in improving back pain of the patients with osteoporosis.
