摘要:
目的：观察定坤丹治疗月经过少的临床疗效。方法：将100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。对照组均于月经周期第5日始口服戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片，连续服用21天；观察组于经前10日开始口服定坤丹，2组均治疗3个月。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后经量、面色、神疲乏力症状积分和血清雌三醇（E3）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、血清催乳激素（PRL）水平的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为88.0%，对照组为74.0%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。经量、面色、神疲乏力等症状评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。FSH、E3、PRL、LH水平治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：定坤丹治疗月经过少疗效确切，并可调理性激素水平。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of DingKun pills in treating scanty menstruation. Methods: All 100 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases each group. The control group began to take climen since the fifth day of menstrual cycle, for 21 days consecutively; the observation group took DingKun pills over ten days before the menstruation, both groups were treated for three months. The levels of prolactin (PRL), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), estriol (E3) and the scores of the symptoms including menstrual volume, complexion and exhausted, as well as clinical effects of both groups were observed. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 88.0%, higher than 74.0% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the scores of the symptoms including menstrual volume, complexion and exhausted (P＜0.05); the difference was statistically significant in the comparisons between both groups after treating(P＜0.05). There was a significant difference in the comparisons of the levels of FSH, E3, PRL and LH within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference was significant in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: DingKun pills could obtain definite effects in treating scanty menstruation, and could regulate the level of sex hormone.
