摘要:
目的：观察丹参合剂联合四联疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的临床疗效。方法：将96例患者按照就诊先后顺序分为观察组和对照组，每组48例。对照组给予铋剂四联疗法治疗，观察组在此基础上加服丹参合剂，2组均连续治疗2周。对比2组Hp根除率、临床疗效、炎性因子［白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)及白细胞介素8(IL-8)］表达水平及不良反应发生情况。结果：Hp根除率观察组为93.75%(45/48)，对照组为77.08%(37/48)，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。显效率、总有效率观察组分别为61.42%、95.83%，对照组分别为33.33%、77.08%，2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8水平治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为8.33%，对照组为27.08%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：丹参合剂联合四联疗法治疗萎缩性胃炎伴Hp阳性疗效好，安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of DanShen mixture and quadruple therapy in treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) accompanying helicobacter pylori(Hp)-infection. Methods: A total of 96 patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to visiting order, 48 cases each group. The control group were treated with quadruple therapy of bismuth agent, and the observation group took DanShen mixture simultaneously, both groups were treated for two weeks. The incidence of adverse reaction, the expressions of inflammatory factors(IL-8, IL-6 and IL-2), clinical effects, Hp eradication rate of the patients were compared between both groups. Results: Hp eradication rate of the observation group was 93.75% (45/48), higher than 77.08% (37/48) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant in the comparisons between both groups (P＜0.05). The effectual rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 61.42% and 95.83%, higher than 33.33% and 77.08% of the control group respectively, and there was a significant difference(P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the levels of IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8 within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 8.33%, lower than 27.08% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: DanShen mixture and quadruple therapy could obtain good effects in treating CAG accompanying Hp-infection with high safety.
