摘要:
目的：观察盆腔炎汤保留灌肠联合小剂量氟罗沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，对照组服用氟罗沙星，0.4 g/次，1次/d，晨起顿服；观察组使用盆腔炎汤保留灌肠联合减半剂量氟罗沙星治疗，比较2组临床症状缓解时间、不良反应发生率及诺丁汉健康调查问卷评分。结果：腰骶疼痛、白带量多且气臭色黄、神疲乏力等临床症状的缓解时间观察组均早于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为7.5%，对照组为30.0%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。患者精力、疼痛程度、情感变化、睡眠质量、社会生活适应能力及躯体活动能力诺丁汉健康调查问卷评分，2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：盆腔炎汤保留灌肠联合小剂量氟罗沙星能有效改善患者临床症状，减少不良反应，提高其生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of PenQiangYan decoction retention enema and small dosage of fleroxacin in treating chronic pelvic inflammation (CPI). Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group. The control group took fleroxacin, once each day, 0.4g each time, once each day, in the morning; the observation group were treated by PenQiangYan decoction retention enema and half of the dosage of fleroxacin, Nottingham health questionnaire score, the incidence of adverse reaction and the mitigation time of clinical symptoms were compared between both groups. Results: The observation group was earlier than the control group in the mitigation time of clinical symptoms including lumbosacral pain, leukorrhagia, smell and yellow, physical fatigue and feeble, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 7.5%, lower than 30.0% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of Nottingham health questionnaire scores including energy, pain degrees, emotional changes, sleep quality, social life adaptability and somatic activity ability and others (P＜0.05). Conclusion: PenQiangYan decoction retention enema and small dosage of fleroxacin could effectively improve clinical symptoms of the patient, reduce therapeutic adverse reaction and improve quality of life.
