摘要:
目的:比较4个主产地黄芪浸出物、总黄酮、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、总皂苷及黄芪甲苷的含量差异,为种植、资源开发及合理使用提供参考依据。方法:应用浸出物测定法测定浸出物的含量;应用紫外可见分光光度法测定总黄酮、总皂苷的含量;应用高效液相色谱法测定毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、黄芪甲苷的含量。结果:黑龙江、甘肃、内蒙古和山西黄芪的冷浸法测定水溶性浸出物的含量分别为18.52%、21.13%、24.46%和19.33%;冷浸法测定醇溶性浸出物含量分别为8.11%、9.83%、11.44%和10.26%;总黄酮的含量分别为0.356%、0.574%、0.693%和0.492%;毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的含量分别为0.040%、0.111%、0.135%、0.021%;总皂苷的含量分别为0.171%、0.283%、0.342%、0.240%;黄芪甲苷的含量分别为0.042%、0.068%、0.079%、0.058%。结论:不同产地黄芪浸出物、总黄酮、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、总皂苷、黄芪甲苷含量不同,黄芪水溶性浸出物含量内蒙古>甘肃>山西>黑龙江;醇溶性浸出物的含量内蒙古>山西>甘肃>黑龙江;总黄酮含量内蒙古>甘肃>山西>黑龙江;毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量内蒙古>甘肃>黑龙江>山西;总皂苷的含量内蒙古>甘肃>山西>黑龙江;黄芪甲苷含量内蒙古>甘肃>山西>黑龙江。4个产地黄芪质量有较大差异,应建立多成分的评价指标,更科学地评价黄芪质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide the reference for the growth, resources development and rational utilization by comparing the differences existed in the contents of the extracts, total flavonoids, Isoflavone glucose, total saponins and astragaloside A contained in HuangQi from four major producing areas. Methods: The contents of the extracts were measured by extract determination method; the contents of total flavonoids and total saponins were determined by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry; the contents of Isoflavone glucose and astragaloside A were detected by HPLC. Results: The contents of water soluble extractives collected from Heilongjiang, Gansu, Neimenggu and Shanxi Huangqi determined by cold soaking method were 18.52%, 21.13%, 24.46% and 19.33% respectively; the contents of alcohol-soluble extractive detected by cold soaking method were 8.11%, 9.83%, 11.44% and 10.26% respectively; the contents of total flavonoids were 0.356%, 0.574%, 0.693% and 0.492% respectively; the contents of Isoflavone glucose were 0.040%, 0.111%, 0.135% and 0.021%; the contents of total flavonoids were 0.171%, 0.283%, 0.342% and 0.240%; the contents of astragaloside A were 0.042%, 0.068%, 0.079% and 0.058%. Conclusion: The contents of HuangQi extractives, total flavonoids, Isoflavone glucose, total saponins and astragaloside A are different, the contents of water soluble extractives are in the order: Neimenggu>Gansu>Shanxi>Heilongjiang; the contents of alcohol-soluble extractives rank: Neimenggu>Shanxi>Gansu>Heilongjiang; the contents of total flavonoids are in the order: Neimenggu>Gansu>Shanxi>Heilongjiang; the contents of Isoflavone glucose are in the order of Neimenggu>Gansu>Heilongjiang>Shanxi; the contents of Isoflavone glucose rank in the order: Neimenggu>Gansu>Shanxi>Heilongjiang; the contents of total saponins are in the order: Neimenggu>Gansu>Shanxi>Heilongjiang; the contents of astragaloside A rank in the order of Neimenggu>Gansu>Shanxi>Heilongjiang. There are the greater differences in the comparisons of the quality of HuangQi from four producing areas, the assessment indexes of many ingredients should be established to assess the quality of HuangQi more scientifically.
