目的：观察加味四妙汤辅助常规疗法治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法：将宫颈HPV感染患者84例采用随机数字表法分为中医组和常规组各42例，2组患者均予重组人干扰素治疗，中医组加用加味四妙汤辅助治疗，3个月经周期为1个疗程，治疗1个疗程后观察2组患者症状积分变化情况及HPV-DNA、HPV转阴率。结果：治疗后中医组患者接触性出血、外阴瘙痒、带下异常、小腹疼痛、腰骶酸痛积分及HPV-DNA病毒载量低于常规组(P＜0.05)，中医组患者HPV转阴率高于常规组(P＜0.05)；中医组治愈率为54.8%，高于常规组的31.0%，2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：加味四妙汤辅助治疗宫颈HPV感染能改善患者的临床症状，降低HPV-DNA病毒载量，提高HPV转阴率。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of modified SiMiao decoction as adjunctive therapy(AT) in treating cervical human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Methods: All 84 patients were allocated into TCM group and the conventional group according to random number table method, 42 cases each group, both groups were treated with recombinant human interferon. The TCM group accepted modified SiMiao decoction as AT. Three menstrual cycles were one course, after treating for one course, HPV-DNA and HPV negative-conversion rates and the changes of symptom scores of both groups were observed. Results: After treating, TCM group was lower than the conventional group in contact bleeding, pruritus vulvae, vaginal discharge diseases, lower abdominal pain, the scores of lumbosacral ache and HPV-DNA virus load(P＜0.05), TCM group was higher than the conventional group in HPV negative-conversion rate(P＜0.05); the cure rate of TCM group was 54.8%, higher than 31.0% of the conventional group, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Modified SiMiao decoction as AT in treating cervical HPV infection could improve clinical symptoms, lower HPV-DNA virus load and raise HPV negative-conversion rate.
