摘要:
目的:探讨血脉灵不同组方对高脂血症大鼠模型血脂和血液流变学的影响。方法:建立高脂血症大鼠模型,同时进行血脉灵组方与阳性对照辛伐他汀治疗,分别于造模开始的第2、4、6周采集大鼠颈外静脉血检测血清中的血脂指标,第6周腹主动脉采血测定全血血液流变学指标。结果:血脉灵(制首乌)和血脉灵(生首乌)组方各剂量组均能不同程度降低高脂模型大鼠给药后血清中的胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)含量,亦能升高血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血脉灵(制首乌)高剂量组能降低高脂模型大鼠的全血黏度(高切和低切)、血浆黏度、高切还原黏度和红细胞聚集指数,低剂量组能降低高切全血黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数和红细胞刚性指数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血脉灵(生首乌)高剂量组能降低大鼠的高切全血黏度、血浆黏度和红细胞压积,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血脉灵(制首乌)和血脉灵(生首乌)组方提取物均能明显降低高脂模型大鼠血清脂质,但以含制首乌的血脉灵组方提取物比含制首乌的血脉灵组方提取物效果略强。
Abstract:
Objective:To discuss the effects of XueMaiLing of different prescriptions on blood lipid and hemorheology of rat model with hyperlipemia. Methods: High fat diet was used to feed the rats and establish the model with hyperlipemia, simultaneously, they were treated after separating into the group of XueMaiLing prescription and positive control group of simvastatin, the indexes of blood lipid were detected at the second, forth and sixth week after setting up the models respectively when the blood was drawn from external jugular vein of the rats, the indexes of hemorheology were measured after the blood was taken from abdominal aorta at the sixth week. Results: The prescriptions of XueMaiLing(ZhiShouWu) and XueMaiLing (ShengShouWu) in different dosages could lower the contents of LDL-C, TG and TC of the rat models with hyperlipemia to different degrees after medication, raise HDL-C, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05); high dose of XueMaiLing(ZhiShouWu) could decrease whole blood viscosity (high shear and low shear), plasma viscosity, high shear reduced viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index, low dose group could reduce high shear whole blood viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index and erythrocyte rigidity index, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05); high dose group of XueMaiLing(ShengShouWu) could decrease high shear whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05). Conclusion: The extract of XueMaiLing(ZhiShouWu) and XueMaiLing(ShengShouWu) prescriptions cold obviously lower blood lipid of rat model with hyperlipemia, and the extracts of XueMaiLing prescriptions containing ZhiShouWu show stronger effects compared with the extracts of XueMaiLing prescriptions containing ShengShouWu.
