摘要:
目的:建立中药复方制剂茯黄颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对处方中茯苓皮、黄芪、桑白皮、酒山萸肉进行鉴别,应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定茯黄颗粒中马钱苷和黄芪甲苷的含量。结果:薄层色谱鉴别专属性强,分离度好;黄芪甲苷在3.295 05~32.950 5 μg呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 2,加样回收率为98.24%,RSD=1.94%;马钱苷在64.876 8~648.768 μg呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 5,加样回收率为99.93%,RSD=0.41%。结论:本方法准确可靠、灵敏度高,可用于茯黄颗粒的质量控制。
Abstract:
Objective:To establish quality standard of herbal compound prescription FuHuang granules. Methods: FuLingPi (Indian bread exodermis), HuangQi [Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge.], SangBaiPi (Morus alba L.) and JiuYuRou(common macrocarpium fruit) were identified using TLC, the contents of astragaloside A and loganin were measured using HPLC. Results: TLC showed strong identification and good resolution; astragaloside A presented good linear relationship in the range beween 3.295 05 and 32.950 5 μg, r=0.999 2, sample recovery rate was 98.24%, RSD=1.94%; loganin showed good linear relationship in the range between 64.876 8 and 648.768 μg, r=0.999 5, sample recovery rate was 99.93%, RSD=0.41%. Conclusion: The method, which is accurate, reliable and with high sensitivity, could be used for quality control of FuHuang granules.
