摘要:
目的:探讨定痫汤加味对风痰闭阻型耐药性癫痫(DRE)患者外周血P-糖蛋白(P-gp)的影响。方法:在维持原有抗癫痫药(AEDs)治疗基础上,给予37例耐药性癫痫患者定痫汤加味治疗,连续治疗24周,记录初诊、治疗后12周及24周癫痫患者的癫痫发作次数、持续时间;检测初诊时、治疗后12周及24周患者外周血P-gp的水平。结果:癫痫发作次数及发作持续时间,初诊时高于治疗后12周及24周差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。外周血P-gp含量,与初诊时比较治疗后12周及24周含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:定痫汤加味治疗风痰闭阻型DRE患者,能降低患者外周血P-gp的含量,减少癫痫发作次数,缩短持续时间。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effects of modified DingXian decoction on P-glycoprotein (P-gp) in peripheral blood of the patients with drug resistant epilepsy (DRE) of wind-phlegm blocking pattern. Methods: Forty DRE patients were given modified DingXian decoction on the foundation of maintaining antiepileptic drugs (AEDs), they were treated for 24 weeks consecutively, epileptic seizure frequency and duration of the patients were recorded 12 weeks before treating, 12 weeks after treating and 24 weeks; the levels of P-gp in peripheral blood of the patients at the first visit, in 12 weeks after treating and 24 weeks were detected. Results: The times of epileptic seizure and duration 12 weeks before the first weeks were higher than these in 12 weeks after treating and 24 weeks (P<0.05). The contents of P-gp in peripheral blood reduced in 12 weeks after treating and in 24 weeks compared with the first visit (P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified DingXian decoction in treating DRE patients of wind-phlegm blocking pattern could reduce the contents of P-gp in peripheral blood, decrease epileptic seizure frequency and shorten the duration.
