目的：探讨土家药鸡血七不同萃取部分的凝血作用。方法：采用半自动凝血分析仪(MTN-Ⅱ)，对不同溶剂萃取的土家药鸡血七部分进行凝血实验测定。结果：鸡血七乙酸乙酯部分和正丁醇部分对凝血酶原时间(PT)有显著影响(P＜0.05)，乙酸乙酯部分对凝血酶时间(TT)具有显著影响(P＜0.05)。结论：鸡血七乙酸乙酯部分可延长PT和TT时间，其机制可能为通过介导外源性的凝血途径影响凝血全过程。
- Abstract:

Objective: To discuss the coagulation effects of different extraction parts from TuJia medicine JiXueQi(Elatostema stewardi). Methods: Using semi-automatic coagulation analyzer, coagulation experiments of the parts of TuJia medicine JiXueQi extracted by different solvents were performed. Results: Acetic ether and n-butyl alcohol demonstrated significant effects on PT (P＜0.05), the part of acetic ether owned significant effects on TT(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Acetic ether contained in JiXueQi could prolong the time of PT and TT, and the mechanism might be affecting coagulation process by regulating ectogenic coagulation pathway.
