摘要:
目的：通过现代文献研究方法分析中药治疗免疫性不孕症的用药特点。方法：检索2006—2015年的相关临床研究文献，应用Excel软件对所用中药建立数据库，运用中医复杂分析系统数据挖掘软件对所用中药进行复杂网络分析。结果：纳入文献128篇，出现频率≥5%的药物48味，核心治疗药物是当归、白芍、熟地黄、枸杞子、菟丝子、赤芍、丹参、黄芪、甘草。结论：通过复杂网络分析中药治疗免疫性不孕症的规律，说明该病病机为肾虚血虚，气虚血瘀，治疗以补肾养血，益气活血为主，体现了辨病与辨证相结合的思路。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze medication features of herbs in the treatment for immune infertility through studying modern literature. Methods: The related clinical research literature from 2006 to 2015 were searched, Excel software was used to establish the database for the used herbs, which were analyzed using TCM complex analysis systematic software. Results: All 128 articles were included, 48 kinds of herbs appeared in the frequency greater than 5%, the core herbs were Danggui [Angelica sinensis(Oliv.) Diels], Baishao (Paeonia lactiflora Pall.), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae radix praeparata), Gouqzi(Lycium barbarum L.), Tusizi(Cuscutae semen), Chishao(Paeoniaeradix rubra), Danshen (Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.), Huangqi(Astragali radix) and Gancao(Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma). Conclusion: By analyzing medication rules of herbs in treating immune infertility using complex network, the pathogenesis of the disease is kidney and blood deficiency, Qi deficiency and blood stasis, therapeutic principles should invigorate kidney and nourish blood, tonify Qi and promote blood circulation mainly, which demonstrates the thinking of combining disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.
