摘要:
目的：观察葛地枣丹汤加减配合西药治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法：将原发性高血压患者102例随机分为观察组与对照组各51例。对照组采用西药常规治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用葛地枣丹汤加减治疗，比较2组患者临床疗效，治疗前后收缩压和舒张压改变情况以及中医临床症状体征积分情况。结果：观察组有效率为92.2%，高于对照组的76.5%(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组患者血压均降低(P＜0.05)，且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组患者头晕、头痛、畏寒肢冷、大便溏薄、气短、喜热饮、神疲乏力、夜尿频、腰膝酸冷以及面色苍白等中医临床症状体征积分均降低(P＜0.05)，且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：葛地枣丹汤加减配合西药治疗原发性高血压的临床效果优于单纯西药常规治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of modified GeDi ZaoDan Tang and Western medicine in the treatment for primary hypertension. Methods: All 102 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 51 cases each group. The control group received conventional therapy of Western medicine, and the observation group adopted modified GeDi ZaoDan Tang on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted, to compare TCM clinical symptom and syndrome scores, the changes of SP and DP before and after treating and clinical effects between both groups. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 92.2%, higher than 76.5% of the control group (P＜0.05); blood pressure of both groups after treating lowered (P＜0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05); after treating, TCM clinical symptom and syndrome scores decreased in both groups (P＜0.05) and the symptoms contained dizziness, headache, chilly and cold limbs, loose stool, panting, a like for hot drinks, exhausted, frequent night urine, lumbar and knee soreness and coldness, pallor and others, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Clinical effects of modified GeDi ZaoDan Tang and Western medicine in the treatment for primary hypertension are superior to these of only conventional therapy of Western medicine .
