摘要:
目的：观察增液承气汤治疗肿瘤患者口服盐酸羟考酮缓释片所致便秘的临床疗效。方法：将口服盐酸羟考酮缓释片所致便秘肿瘤患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用增液承气汤治疗，对照组采用乳果糖口服溶液治疗。观察2组治疗前后排便频率，排便时间，粪便性状，排便困难以及下坠、不尽、胀感、腹胀等指标，并观察疗效。结果：2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗组在改善便秘总计分、排便频率、排便困难程度方面优于对照组(P＜0.01)；治疗组在改善粪便性状、腹胀情况方面优于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗组在改善排便时间，下坠、不尽、胀感情况方面和对照组疗效相当(P＞0.05)。结论：增液承气汤治疗肿瘤患者口服盐酸羟考酮缓释片所致便秘总体疗效优于乳果糖口服溶液。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of ZengYe ChengQi decoction in treating constipation caused by hydroxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets in cancer patients. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group took ZengYe ChengQi decoction, and the control group were treated by lactulose oral solution. Clinical effects were observed, the indexes of abdominal distension, distending sensation, halfway defecation, bearing down, overexertion defecation degree, difficult defecation, fecal property, defecation time and defecation frequency were compared between both groups before and after treating. Results: The difference could be found in total effective rates between both groups(P＜0.05); the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving total scores of constipation, defecation frequency and difficult defecation(P＜0.01); the treatment group was better than the control group in improving fecal properties and abdominal distension (P＜0.05); clinical effects of improving defecation time, bearing down, halfway defecation and distending sensation in the treatment group were equivalent to these of the control group(P＞0.05). Conclusion: Total effects of ZengYe ChengQi decoction is superior to that of lactulose oral solution in treating constipation caused by hydroxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets of cancer patients.
