摘要:: 目的：观察隔药饼灸治疗产后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法：将住院分娩、无合并症及其他并发症的产后尿潴留产妇46例随机分为观察组和对照组各23例。对照组采用热敷膀胱区、听流水声、温水冲洗会阴等传统方法诱导排尿；观察组用隔药饼灸促进排尿，观察2组患者临床疗效及膀胱残余尿量。结果：总有效率观察组为93.3%；高于对照组的66.7%(P＜0.05)，膀胱残余尿量观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：隔药饼灸可有效治疗产后尿潴留，加快产妇出现尿意时间。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe clinical effects of indirect moxibustion in treating postpartum urine retention. Methods: All 46 patients who were hospitalized and delivered without comptications were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 23 cases each group. The control group accepted traditional methods to induce urination which contained bladder region fomentation, listening to the sound of running water, washing perineum with warm water and others; the observation group used indirect moxibustion to improve urination, to observe clinical effects and bladder residual urinary volume. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%, higher than 66.7% of the control group(P＜0.05), the observation group was lower than the control group in bladder residual urinary volume(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Indirect moxibustion could effectively treat postpartum urine retention and accelerate the time of having micturition desire.
