摘要:
通过对相关文献的查询和总结，从生物力学结构的角度分析腰椎狭窄症术后脊柱稳定系统的变化，探究术后残留下腰痛的发病机理，并对不同中医药治疗手段的研究现状进行分析，以便为腰椎管狭窄症术后残留下腰痛的进一步研究及相关治疗手段的探究提供理论参考。
Abstract:
By consulting and summarizing the related literature, the system of spinal stabilization after the operation of lumbar spinal stenosis was analyzed from the angle of biomechanical structure to explore the pathogenesis of postoperative residual low back pain, analyze current state of different TCM therapies, therefore to provide theoretical reference for further study on residual low back pain after the surgery of lumbar spinal stenosis and the discussion on the related therapeutic measures.
