摘要:
目的：基于中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS)软件分析治疗脊髓损伤的中药内服处方并提取其用药规律。方法：基于中国知网、维普和万方的数据库，检索和提取有关治疗脊髓损伤文献中的中药处方，通过该软件进行处方录入并建立数据库，分析处方中各种药物的用药规律。结果：共收集63个中药处方，合计176味中药，并对其进行归纳解析，推算出数据库中各种中药的使用频次和不同中药之间的关联规则，演算出该研究的10个核心组合和5条新处方。结论：脊髓损伤中药的使用以补益气血和活血祛瘀药为主，其统计得出的核心组合及新处方对临床治疗脊髓损伤具有一定的参考意义。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze herbal prescriptions for spinal injury and extract its medication rules based on traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS). Methods: Based on CNKI, VIP and WanFang databases, herbal prescriptions in the papers for spinal injury were searched and extracted, the prescriptions were typed into the software to establish the database and analyze the medication rules of different herbs in the prescriptions. Results: All 63 herbal prescriptions were collected, involving 176 herbs, which were concluded and analyzed to calculate the frequency of different herbs and association rules among these herbs, ten new core combinations and five new prescriptions in the study. Conclusion: The herbs that are used to treat spinal injury are mainly tonifying Qi and blood, promoting blood circulation and eliminating the stagnation, the core combination and new prescriptions based on the statistical figures are meaningful to clinical treatment for spinal injury to a certain degrees.
