摘要:
目的：“生物-心理-社会”的整体化护理模式对腹腔镜子宫内膜异位症手术患者消极情感的影响。方法：将腹腔镜下子宫内膜异位症手术患者86例采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各43例。对照组开展传统护理照护，研究组在对照组基础上开展基于“生物-心理-社会”功能层面的整体化护理。比较2组患者于入院治疗24小时内、手术前24小时以及手术结束后36小时内焦虑、抑郁情绪及自我效能水平。结果：2组患者入院治疗24小时内SAS和SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；手术前24小时和手术结束后36小时研究组患者SAS和SDS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。研究组患者手术结束后36小时自我效能评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：基于“生物-心理-社会”功能的整体化护理模式有助于改善腹腔镜手术治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者焦虑、抑郁状况。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of ″biological-psychological-social″ holistic nursing on negative emotion of endometriosis patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods: All 86 patients were allocated to the experiment group and the control group according to random number table method, 43 cases each group. The control group launched traditional nursing, and the experiment group accepted ″biological-psychological-social″ holistic nursing on the foundation of the control group. To compare SAS, SDS and self-efficacy levels between both groups within 24 hours when hospitalized, 24 hours before the surgery, and 36 hours after the surgery. Results: The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of SAS and SDS within 24 hours when hospitalized (P＞0.05); the experiment group was lower than the control group in SAS and SDS within 24 hours before the surgery and 36 hours after the surgery, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The experiment group was higher than the control group in self-efficacy level within 36 hours after the surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion: ″Biological-psychological-social″ holistic nursing is helpful to improve anxiety and depression of endometriosis patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.
