摘要:
目的:探讨基于授权赋能理论的健康教育对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者自我效能及生活质量的影响。方法:将医院2015年7月至2016年6月收治的行常规健康教育的RA患者90例作为对照组,另将医院2016年7月至2017年6月收治的行基于授权赋能理论的健康教育的RA患者90例作为观察组。对比2组患者护理前后自我效能水平、应对方式及生活质量。结果:护理1周后观察组自我效能水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组面对、回避、屈服评分及生理功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、情感职能、社会功能、精神健康评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于授权赋能理论的健康教育可优化RA患者自我效能,提高生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss health education based on empowerment theory on self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: Ninety RA patients who were hospitalized from July, 2015 to June, 2016 were chosen as the control group, and they accepted conventional health education, 90 patients who were admitted from July, 2016 to June, 2017 were taken as the observation group, and they adopted health education based on empowerment theory. To compare self-efficacy level, coping styles and quality of life between both groups before and after the nursing. Results: Self-efficacy level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after nursing for one week, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05); the observation group was superior to the control group in the scores of confronting, dodging and yielding, physiological function, somatic pain, total pain, total health, emotional role, social function and psychological health, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion: Health education based on empowerment theory could optimize self-efficacy and improve quality of life in RA patients.
