摘要:
目的:探索气血双补方对心肌缺血模型大鼠急性心肌缺血损伤的保护作用。方法:建立缺血再灌注心肌损伤50只模型大鼠,随机分为气血双补方的高、中、低剂量组、空白对照组及阳性对照组,每组10只,观察各组大鼠血清心肌酶、心肌代谢产物,血浆自由基损伤等指标的变化。结果:实验结果表明气血双补方各剂量组及阳性对照组均能够明显降低肌酸激酶(CK)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性,与空白对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且高、中、低剂量组能降低模型大鼠体内丙二醛(MDA)含量,提高总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量,显著升高磷酸腺苷酶的活性,并能够降低乳酸(LA)及游离脂肪酸(NEAF)的含量,与空白对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且高剂量组效果最显著。结论:气血双补方对模型大鼠的损伤心肌有一定的抗氧化作用,可减轻对心肌细胞的损伤,改善心肌能量代谢障碍,对大鼠心肌缺血起到保护作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the protective effects of Qixue Shuangbu prescription on acute myocardial ischemia injury of the rats with acute myocardial ischemia (AMI). Methods: Fifty rats were used to establish the model with ischemic reperfusion injury, and they were randomized into high, moderate and low doses groups of Qixue Shuangbu prescription, blank control group and positive control group, ten rats each group, to observe the indexes of myocardial enzymes myocardial metabolites, and free radical injury of the rat models in different groups. Results: Experimental results indicated that different doses groups of QixueShuangbu prescription and positive control group could obviously lower the activity of CK, AST and LDH, it had significant difference when they were compared with blank control group(P<0.05), and high, moderate and low doses groups could reduce the contents of MDA, raise SOD and GSH-Px, notably raise the activity of adenosine phosphatase, ahd lower the contents of LA and NEAF, there were significant difference(P<0.05), when they were compared with blank control group and the effects of high dose group the most obvious. Conclusion: Qixue Shuangbu prescription shows antioxidation effects and it could protect myocardial injury of rat model to a certain extent, alleviate the injury of myocardial cells, improve myocardial energy metabolism disorder.
