摘要:
黄芪多糖作为中药黄芪的主要活性成分,关于其药理作用的研究多涉及循环系统、神经系统、消化系统、免疫系统、内分泌系统、造血系统,对近年来黄芪多糖在抗动脉粥样硬化,保护视网膜,改善记忆力、认知功能、抗衰老、抗骨质疏松及防治帕金森病等方面的药理作用进行归纳,为今后研究提供参考。
Abstract:
Astragalus polysaccharides is the main active ingredient of Huangqi (astragali radix), the studies on its pharmacological action involve circulatory system, nervous system, digestive system, immune system, endocrine system and hematopoietic system. The paper is mainly reviewing its pharmacological actions including anti-atherosclerosis, protecting retina, improving memory, cognitive function, anti-aging, anti-osteoporosis, preventing and treating Parkinson′s disease in the recent years, to provide the reference for future study.
