摘要:
目的：探讨并祛丹水提液石油醚部位及乙酸乙酯部位对急性痛风性关节炎模型大鼠的抗炎作用。方法：将72只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、秋水仙碱组及并祛丹水提液石油醚部位低、中、高剂量组和并祛丹水提液乙酸乙酯部位低、中、高剂量组9组(每组8只)。造模5小时后开始灌胃给药，观察各组大鼠关节炎症情况，连续给药7天后取材，测定大鼠血清中尿酸(UA)的含量及白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)浓度。结果：并祛丹水提液乙酸乙酯部位中、高剂量组与秋水仙碱组关节肿胀程度低于模型组(P＜0.05)；乙酸乙酯低、中、高剂量组及秋水仙碱组中大鼠血清UA水平及IL-1β、TNF-α浓度低于模型组(P＜0.05)；并祛丹水提液乙酸乙酯部位中、高剂量组与秋水仙碱组大鼠关节组织病理形态与模型组比较显著改善(P＜0.05)，并祛丹水提液石油醚部位各剂量组及乙酸乙酯部位低剂量组与模型组比较大鼠关节组织病理形态差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：并祛丹水提液乙酸乙酯部位及秋水仙碱对急性痛风性关节大鼠模型具有抗炎作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the anti-inflammation effects of petroleum benzin and acetic ether in water extract from BingQu pellets on rat model with acute gouty arthritis (AGA). Methods: A total of 72 SD rats were randomly assigned to nine groups(eight rats each group): the normal group, the model group, colchicine group, low, moderate and high doses groups of petroleum benzin and acetic ether in water extract from BingQu pellets. After modeling for five hours, the rats accepted intragastric administration of drugs, to observe joint inflammation conditions of the rats in different groups, to detect the contents of uric acid (UA) and the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in the rats when the tissue was collected from the rats after medicating for seven days. Results: Joint swelling degrees of the rats in the moderate and high dose groups of acetic ether and colchicine group were lower than these of the model group(P＜0.05); the levels of UA, and the concentrations of IL-1β and TNF-α in the rats of low, moderate and high doses groups of acetic ether and colchicine group were lower than these of the model group(P＜0.05); compared with the model group, pathological state of the tissue in the rats of moderate and high doses groups of acetic ether and colchicine group improved notably (P＜0.05), There was no significant difference when different doses groups of petroleum benzin were compared with low dose group of acetic ether and the model group(P＞0.05). Conclusion: Petroleum benzin and acetic ether in water extract from BingQu pellets could fight against the inflammation of AGA rat model.
