摘要:
张晓甦教授基于“阳常有余，阴常不足” “肝体阴而用阳”理论，提出高催乳素血症的基本病机以阴血亏虚为本，肝气郁滞为标。治疗方面主张衷中参西，并通过滋阴养血、调达肝气，兼随症加减，以达调经助孕、降催乳素之功。
Abstract:
Based on the theory of ″Yang excess and Yin deficiency″ and ″liver belongs to Yin in physique and Yang in function″, professor Zhang Xiaosu raise that the basic pathogenesis of hyperprolactinemia is Yin blood depletion as the root cause, liver Qi stagnation as the symptom, the treatment should combine TCM with Western medicine, therefore we could achieve the aim of regulating menstruation and promoting pregnancy, lowering the mammotrophic hormone by nourishing Yin and blood, adjusting liver Qi, complicated with modifying the prescription according to the symptoms.
