摘要:: 目的：探讨针刺联合耳穴压豆对产妇第一产程镇痛及母婴结局的影响。方法：将93例产妇按照随机原则分为观察组47例和对照组46例，观察组采用针刺联合耳穴压豆进行镇痛，对照组采用呼吸镇痛法镇痛，观察2组产妇镇痛效果、产程时间、产后出血量及新生儿结局。结果：观察组镇痛效果高于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组产程时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；2组产妇产后出血量比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；2组新生儿出生Apgar评分及出生体质量比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：应用针刺联合耳穴压豆能增加产妇第一产程的镇痛效果，缩短产程，且对新生儿无不良影响。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore the effects of acupuncture and auricular plaster therapy on first stage analgesia and the outcomes of mother and baby. Methods: All 93 puerperants were allocated to 47 cases of the observation group and 46 cases of the control group according to random principle, the observation group received acupuncture and auricular plaster therapy, and the control group used respiratory analgesia, to observe neonatal outcomes, postpartum hemorrhage, labor time, analgesic effects of the puerperants in both groups. Results: The observation group was higher than the control group in analgesic effects, and the difference could be found (P＜0.05); the observation group was shorter than the control group in the time of labor (P＜0.05), there was no difference in postpartum hemorrhage between both groups (P＞0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning in neonatal Apgar scores and the birth body mass between both groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture and auricular plaster therapy could enhance the analgesic effects at first stage, shorten the stages of labor, and show no adverse effects on neonates.
