摘要:
目的:探讨围术期多层次护理需求对腰椎间盘突出症患者疗效、舒适度及症状改善的影响。方法:将医院2015年6月至2016年6月收治的行常规护理的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为对照组，另选取医院2016年7月至2017年7月收治的行基于围术期多层次护理需求的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为观察组。比较2组患者总有效率、护理舒适度及症状改善情况。结果：观察组总有效率为97.5%，高于对照组的82.5%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组患者生理、心理、社会、环境舒适度及总舒适度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组患者腰腿疼痛、下肢麻木、椎旁压痛症状改善及直腿抬高试验结果均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论:围术期多层次护理需求可提高腰椎间盘突出症患者总有效率，提升舒适度，促进症状改善。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of multi-level nursing needs on clinical effects, the degree of comfort and the improvements of the symptoms of the patient suffering lumbar disc herniation (LDH) during the perioperative period. Methods: Eighty patients who were hospitalized from June, 2015 to June, 2016 and accepted conventional nursing were chosen as the control group, another 80 patients who were hospitalized from July, 2016 to July, 2017 and accepted multi-level nursing needs were taken as the observation group. To compare total effective rates, the degree of nursing comforts and the improvements of the symptoms between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%, higher than 82.5% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); physiological, psychological, social and environmental comfort degrees and total comfort degrees of the observation group were higher than these of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05); the observation group was better than the control group in the improvements of the symptoms including lumbar and leg pain, lower extremity numbness, paravertebral tenderness and straight leg raising test, and the difference presented statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Multi-level nursing needs could raise total effective rate of the patients, raise comfort degrees and promote the improvements of the symptoms.
