摘要:
目前国内研究文献显示正念减压疗法主要涉及改善心理困扰、减轻照顾负担、提高照顾者照护水平和生活质量、调节照护关系质量、促进积极心理，但对癌症照顾者心理干预的研究较少，应关注癌症照顾者人群，更加合理地应用正念减压疗法。
Abstract:
Currently, domestic research literature showed that mindfulness-based stress reduction mainly involved improving psychological distress, relieving care burden, raising the caregiver’s care level and quality of life, regulating the quality of care relationship and promoting positive psychology, while there were fewer studies on psychological intervention for the caregiver, we should pay attention to the caregiver and use mindfulness-based stress reduction more rationally.
