摘要:
基于络病理论探讨中风后遗症期与“久病入络”“久病多瘀”“百病多由痰作祟”的内在相关性，分析中风后遗症的临床表现，并对其治则、治法、方药以及临床用药规律加以论述，以期建立基于“通络补络法”的特色辨证治疗体系，从而为中风后遗症期治疗奠定理论基础，提供诊疗思路。
Abstract:
On the foundation of collateral disease theory, the internal correlation between apoplectic sequelae and "long illness entering the collateral", "long illness causing stagnation" and "most of the diseases caused by phlegm" is explored to analyze clinical manifestations, therapeutic principles, therapeutic methods, clinical medication laws, in the wishing of establishing featured therapeutic system of differentiation based on the method of dredging and tonifying collaterals", therefore to lay theoretical basis for the treatment of apoplectic sequelae, and provide diagnostic and therapeutic thinking.
