目的:探究情景剧教学应用于妇科护理教学中对学生适应能力的影响。方法:将100名实习护士随机分为观察组、对照组各50例,其中对照组采用常规带教模式,观察组在常规教学的基础上进行情景剧教学。比较2组实习生的教学模式满意度,并对理论知识、操作技能及认知行为评分进行比较。结果:满意度观察组为96.0%,对照组为76.0%,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。行为评分、理论知识及技能适应能力评分治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:情景剧教学法能够在教学过程中巩固实习护士的护理专业知识,同时提高学生对突发状况的适应能力,提高教学满意度。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of scene play teaching applied to gynecological nursing on the students′ adaptability. Methods: All 100 probationer nurses were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases each group, the control group adopted conventional teaching model, and the observation group performed scene play teaching model based on conventional teaching model. To compare the probationer nurses′ satisfactory degrees to the teaching model, and the scores of theoretical knowledge, operation skills and cognitive behavior. Results: The satisfactory degree of the observation group was 96.0%, higher than 76.0% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the scores of behavior, theoretical knowledge and operation skills within two groups before and after treating (P<0.05); the difference had statistical meaning between both groups after treating (P<0.05). Conclusion: Scene play teaching could consolidate the probationer nurses′ professional knowledge, raise the students′ adaptability to the sudden conditions, and lift teaching satisfactory degree during the teaching course.
