摘要:
目的:建立地龙、全蝎、水蛭的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对地龙、全蝎、水蛭药材中氨基酸类成分进行定性鉴别。结果:色谱斑点清晰,分离效果理想,能够稳定鉴别出所含氨基酸种类。结论:本方法可操作性好,重复性强,薄层特征明显,可作为此类药材的定性鉴别方法。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish the identification method of Dilong(pheretima), Quanxie(hirudo) and Shuizhi (scorpio) by TLC. Methods: Amino acids contained in Dilong, Quanxie and Shuizhi were qualitatively identified by TLC. Results: Chromatographic spots were clear, the separation effects were ideal, it could identify the sorts of amino acids steadily. Conclusion: The method could be performed well with strong repeatability and notable TLC features, and it could be taken as qualitative identification method for the sort of drugs.
