摘要:
目的：基于中医传承辅助系统软件,挖掘李维军教授治疗小儿营养不良的用药规律。方法：收集经李维军教授诊断为小儿营养不良且疗效良好的109例患儿病历资料，运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)对病历处方药物进行频次、归经统计，并基于关联规则及复杂系统熵聚类方法进行用药规律分析及挖掘。结果：109例营养不良患儿处方中用药频次前5位是茯苓、山楂、砂仁、太子参、布渣叶；获得新处方：甘草、炒麦芽、鸡内金、山药、陈皮；喜用温性、平性药物；五味中甘、辛、苦占前3位；归经以脾、胃、肺经为主。结论：李维军教授治疗小儿营养不良经验丰富，擅用醒脾、健胃、益肺、消食之品进行调补，用药平和，疗效显著，可为临床治疗小儿营养不良提供重要参考。
Abstract:
Objective: To unearth and discuss professor Li Weijun′s administration rules of treating infantile malnutrition based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS). Methods: All 109 children were diagnosed as infantile malnutrition by professor Li Weijun and good effects were obtained, their medical records were collected, TCMISS V2.5 was used to count the frequency and channel tropism of the herbs in the prescription, analyze and unearth the administration rules based on association rules and complex entropy clustering algorithm. Results: All 109 prescriptions were included, the five herbs toped in the medication freqeuncy were Fuling (poria), hawthorn, Sharen (amomi fructus), Taizishen (pseudostellariae radix) and Buzhaye (microctis folium); the new prescriptions were obtained: Gancao(glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma), fried Maiya(hordei fructus germinatus), Jineijin (galli gigerii endothelium corneum), Shanyao(dioscoreae rhizoma) and Chenpi (citri reticulatae pericarpium); the warm and neutral drugs were used frequently; sweet, pungent and bitter drugs ranked in the first three places; channel tropism were spleen, stomach and lung channels mainly. Conclusion: Professor Li Weijun is experienced in treating infantile malnutrition, he is skilled in applying the drugs of awakening spleen, invigorating stomach, benefiting lung and helping digestion to regulation, medicating gently and natable clinical effects, which could provide the important reference for clinical therapy.
