摘要:
从原理、单用五音疗法及联合其他中医疗法改善抑郁情绪的研究入手探讨中医五行音乐疗法对抑郁情绪的改善作用，指出大脑及体力超负荷工作易使人类产生不同程度的抑郁情绪，严重影响学习、工作和生活，甚至出现自杀行为。目前我国中医特色技术五行音乐疗法广泛应用于对抗抑郁情绪，并取得了良好效果。
Abstract:
The improvements of TCM five elements musical therapy on depression are discussed from the principle, and the studies on single use of the therapy and its combination with other TCM therapy in the improvement of depression, it is pointed out that brain and physical power overwork could cause human being produce different degrees depression, and it would affect the study, work and life seriously, even the incidence of suicidal behavior. Currently, TCM-featured technique five elements musical therapy are applied to fight against depression widely, and it has obtained good effects.
