摘要:
目的:研究针刺人迎穴对自发性高血压大鼠(spontaneously hypertensive rats,SHR)血压的影响,从中枢延髓抗氧化酶角度探讨针刺人迎穴的降血压机制。方法:将30只16周龄雄性SHR随机分为电针组、针刺组、模型组,每组10只;以10只16周龄雄性京都Wistar大鼠(Wistar-Kyoto rats,WKR)作为空白组。电针组和针刺组连续干预28天,每日针刺1次;模型组和空白组进行与实验组相同时间、同等程度的抓取。监测干预前及干预第28天大鼠的收缩压与舒张压。实验结束后,检测大鼠延髓超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT),总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)的含量。结果:干预28天后,电针组和针刺组的收缩压与模型组相比明显降低(P<0.05),电针组的收缩压低于针刺组的收缩压(P<0.05)。模型组SOD、CAT、T-AOC含量明显低于空白组(P<0.05)。针刺组SOD、CAT含量高于模型组(P<0.05),电针组SOD、CAT、T-AOC含量高于模型组(P<0.05),但均未达到空白组水平。结论:针刺人迎穴具有明显的降压作用。同时针刺人迎穴对SHR大鼠延髓SOD、CAT,T-AOC的含量有良性调节作用,抗氧化能力的提高可能是针刺降血压反应机制之一。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the effects of acupuncture at Renying points (ST9) on blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR), and discuss the anti-hypertension mechanism of acupuncture at Renying points (ST9) from the angle of antioxidant enzymes of medulla oblongata. Methods: Thirty 16 - week male SHR were randomly divided into acusector group, acupuncture group and the model group, ten rats each group; ten 16 - week Wistar- Kyoto rats (WKR) were chosen as blank control group. Acusector group and acupuncture group were intervened for 28 days continuously, once each day; the model group and blank control group performed the same time and the same degree of grasping as the experiment group. To measure systolic and diastolic pressure of the rats before the intervention and 28th day after intervention. At the end of the experiment, to detect the contents of antioxidant enzymes of medulla oblongata, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC). Results: After intervened for 28 days, systolic pressure (SP) of acusector group and acupuncture group reduced notably compared with that of the model group (P<0.05), SP of acusector group was lower than that of the acupuncture group (P<0.05). The model group was lower than the blank group in the contents of SOD, CAT and T-AOC notably (P<0.05). Acupuncture group was higher than the model group in the contents of SOD and CAT (P<0.05), the acusector group was higher than the model group in the contents of SOD, CAT and T-AOC(P<0.05), but they didn′t reach the levels of the blank group. Conclusion:Needling at Renying point possess notable effects of lowering blood pressure. Simultaneously, acupuncture at Renying points could well regulate the contents of SOD, CAT and T-AOC, and the increasing of oxidation resistance might be one of the mechanisms of acupuncture lowering blood pressure.
