摘要:
目的：探讨雪莲通络汤熏洗治疗奥沙利铂所致周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法：随机将60例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例，对照组肌注甲钴胺注射液，0.5 mg/次，每日1次。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上，以雪莲通络汤熏洗四肢，水温40℃，每日1次，20 min/次。两组均治疗10天。观察Levi专用感觉神经毒性分级疗效、KPS(Karnofsky′s performance status)疗效、神经传导速度及治疗前后NTX-12自评量表评分变化情况。结果：Levi专用感觉神经毒性分级疗效、KPS疗效、神经传导速度，总有效率观察组均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。NTX-12积分治疗前后两组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后两组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：雪莲通络汤熏洗治疗可改善奥沙利铂所致周围神经病变。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss clinical effects of Xuelian Tongluo Tang fumigation in the treatment for oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neuropathy (PNP). Methods: Sixty patients were randomly allocated to the control group and the observation group, 30 cases each group, the control group accepted muscular injection ofmecobala-mine injection, 0.5 mg each time, once each day, and the observation group Xuelian Tongluo Tang fumigating four limbs based on Western medicine, water temperature 40℃, once each day, 20 minutes each time. Both groups were treated for ten days. To observe the changes of Levi specific sensory neurotoxicity classification,KPS, nerve conduction velocity (NCV) and NTX-12 self-scale scores before and after treating. Results: The observation group was higher than the control group in total effective rate, clinical effects of Levi specific sensory neurotoxicity classification, KPS and NCV, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference showed statistical meaning in NTX-12 scores within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Xuelian Tongluo Tang fumigation could improve oxaliplatin-induced PNP.
