摘要:
根据我国古代医家对疫病的认识和诊疗经验，结合“三因制宜”理论探讨防治新型冠状病毒肺炎的具体方案，指出目前现代医学尚无治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的特效药物，可根据地域、气候特点、个人体质、年龄的差异，根据《黄帝内经》中“三因制宜”即“因人、因地、因时”理论来制定合适的预防措施和治疗方案，做到“未病先防” “既病防变”，并经中医药精准辨证遣药治疗，其效果已得到患者广泛认可。
Abstract:
According to ancient doctors’ understanding to the epidemic disease and their experience in the diagnosis and treatment, the concrete plans of preventing and treating COVID -19 were discussed on the foundation of the theory "treatment individualized to patients, season and locality", there was no specific drug for COVID - 19, according to the region, climate characteristics, personal constitutions and age, appropriate preventive measure and therapeutic regimen were established based on the theory "treatment individualized to patients, season and locality" in Huangdi Neijing, to achieve the goal of "prevention before the disease" and "preventing disease from exacerbating", its effect has been widely recognized by the patients through accurate syndrome differentiation and TCM treatment.
