摘要:
目的:优选坤安膏的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交实验法,以芍药苷、丹酚酸B的含量和干膏率为考察指标,以加水量、煎煮时间和提取次数为考察因素,采用综合评分法优选坤安膏的最佳提取工艺并进行工艺验证实验。结果:最佳提取工艺为加8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.5 h。验证实验结果表明芍药苷、丹酚酸B总量及干膏率平均值分别为154、130 mg和32.32%(RSD值均小于1.5%,n=3)。结论:优选的提取工艺简便、稳定、可行,可应用于坤安膏的生产。
Abstract:
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Kun′an paste. Methods: The L9(34) orthogonal test was conducted to optimize the best extraction process of Kun′an paste using comprehensive score and to perform process verification test by taking the contents and dry paste rate of paeoniflorin and salvianolic acid B as evaluation indicator, water addition, decocting time and extraction times as the investigation factors. Results: The best extraction process were as follows: adding eight times the amount of water, decocting three times, 1.5 hours once. The results of the verification test indicated that the average amount of peoniflorin and salvianolic acid B was 154 mg and 130 mg respectively, and average dry extract yield was 32.32% (all RSD% less than 1.5%, n=3). Conclusion: The optimized extraction process, convenient, stable and feasible, could be applied to the production of Kun′an paste.
