摘要:
通过典型案例从失眠的病因病机、心肝肾同治及擅用对药以及小方入手探讨虞鹤鸣教授辨治失眠的经验，虞鹤鸣教授认为失眠症病因病机主要责之于心、肝、肾，病理因素主要为郁、火、虚，治疗倡导心肝肾同治，组方用药擅用黄连、肉桂，合欢皮、夜交藤，酸枣仁、茯神合炙远志，丹参、景天三七药对及小方，同时注重失眠症的非药物治疗，结合情志疗法，以情制情，取得较好疗效。
Abstract:
Professor Yu Heming′s experience in differentiating and treating insomnia is discussed from the cause, the pathogenesis of insomnia, treating heart, liver and kidney simultaneously and frequent use of drug combination and minor prescriptions through typical cases, he thinks that the cause and the pathogenesis of insomnia are responsible to heart, liver and kidney, pathogenic factors are stagnation, fire and deficiency, the therapy should focus on treating heart, liver and kidney simultaneously, the drugs in the prescription contain Huanglian (Coptidis rhizoma), Rougui(Cinnamomi cortex), Hehuanpi(Albiziae cortex), Yejiaoteng(Tuber Fleeceflower Stem), Suanzaoren (Ziziphispinosaesemen). FuShenC [(Poria cocos Schw.)wolf] paired with Zhiyuanzhi (Polygala tenuifolia Willd.), the combination of Danshen(Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma), Jingtian Sanqi(Sedum aizoon L.) and minor prescription, simultaneously, he emphasizes non - drug treatment of insomnia, in combination with emotional therapy, and obtains better clinical effects.
