摘要:
目的：观察在辨证论治基础上加分期论治对鼻鼽的治疗效果。方法：将肺脾气虚型鼻鼽患者100例随机分为治疗组(辨证论治+分期论治)和对照组(辨证论治)各50例，治疗6周。比较两组患者治疗2周、6周后的效果、主要症状及体征改善情况。结果：1)治疗2周后，两组患者症状、体征与治疗前比较均有改善，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。2）治疗6周后，两组患者症状、体征明显改善，与用药2周比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组组间比较，症状、体征改善程度差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗6周后，两组患者流涕、鼻痒、喷嚏症状改善差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，且治疗组症状改善优于对照组。结论：在辨证论治的基础上，针对不同时期分期治疗对于改善鼻鼽患者症状效果更好。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe therapeutic effects of phased therapy in the treatment for allergic rhinitis on the foundation of syndrome differentiation and treatment. Methods: All 100 patients with allergic rhinitis of lung and spleen Qi deficiency pattern were randomized into the treatment group(syndrome differentiation and treatment+ phased therapy) and the control group(syndrome differentiation and treatment), 50 cases each group, treated for six weeks. To compare the effects of both goups after treating for two and six weeks, the main symptoms and the improvements of body signs. Results: 1) After treating for two weeks, the symptoms and body signs of both groups improved compared with before treating, and the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05), the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups(P＞0.05). 2) After treating for six weeks, the symptoms and body signs of both groups improved notably, and the difference showed statistical meaning compared with after treating for two weeks (P＜0.05); the comparison of the improvements of the symptoms and body signs between both groups showed signficant difference (P＜0.05). After treating for six weeks, the difference showed statistical meaning in the improvements of running nose, rhinocnesmus and sneezing between both groups (P＜0.05), and the improvements of the treatment group was superior to these of the control group. Conclusion: On the foundation of syndrome differen-tiation and treatment, phased therapy for the patients in different periods could improve the symptoms well.
