摘要:
从苍龟探穴名称来源、古代医家对苍龟探穴法论述、现代医家对苍龟探穴法论述、现代临床应用、刺法注意事项等5方面入手探讨苍龟探穴古今针法，指出古今针灸学复式针刺手法种类繁多，“苍龟探穴”属“飞经走气”针法之一，在临床中得到广泛应用，首见于徐凤《金针赋》，后世医家对其理论进行了完善和补充，现多将其用于治疗临床各种顽疾痛症。
Abstract:
Ancient and modern acupuncture therapy of Canggui Tanxue is explored from the name source, ancient doctors' statement about Canggui Tanxue, modern physicians' statement, modern clinical application and.acupuncture notes, it was pointed out that a great variety of compound acupuncture techniques were contained in ancient and modern acupuncture, "Canggui Tanxue" is one of the acupuncture methods, wildly used in clinic, and first seen in Jinzhen Fu written by Xu Feng, the subsequent doctors perfected and supplemented the theory and applied the theory to clinical treatment of chronic disease and pains.
