摘要:
目的：探讨益气燥湿法(黄连素联合振源片)对代谢综合征患者的影响。方法：将代谢综合征湿热中阻兼气虚型患者51例随机分为黄连素组26例和黄连素联合振源片组25例，观察治疗4周后患者血糖、血脂、胰岛素敏感性。结果：两组患者治疗后血糖、血脂、空腹胰素水平均较治疗前下降(P＜0.05)，胰岛素敏感性得到改善(P＜0.05)，黄连素联合振源片在血糖、血脂及胰岛素抵抗方面改善更明显(P＜0.05)。结论：益气燥湿法(黄连素联合振源片)能有效改善代谢综合征患者血糖、血脂水平及胰岛素抵抗。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of berberine and Zhenyuan tablets on the patients with metabolic syndrome(MS). Methods: All 51 patients with MS of damp-heat obstructing complicated with Qi deficiency pattern were randomized into 26 cases in berberine group and 25 cases in the group of berberine and Zhenyuan tablets, to observe blood glucose, blood lipid and insulin sensitivity in the patients four weeks after treating. Results: The levels of blood glucose, blood lipid and fasting insulin in both groups lowered after treating(P＜0.05), insulin sensitivity has improved(P＜0.05), the combination of two drugs are effective in improving blood glucose, blood lipid and insulin resistance(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Qi-invigorating damp-drying method could effectively improve the leveis of blood glucose and blood lipid, and insulin resistance in MS patients.
